Grave is a relaxed guild, we don't have a whole lot of restrictions. But that said, here are the few rules we do have in order to keep our guild functioning:

General Rules:

1. No drama. If you can't take a joke, then you probably won't fit in very well, as our OOC channel can get pretty zany sometimes. Don't take IC arguments or drama to OOC please, IC drama is perfectly acceptable and even encouraged, but it's all just a game, so don't take it personally.

2. Don't incessantly spam. Our OOC chat, as previously stated, gets zany, but we aren't 10 year olds here. Incessant repeated spamming of the OOC channel isn't cool and won't be tolerated. What qualifies as incessant repeated spamming? Well, it has to be really bad to get our attention, if you're a silly kind of person, as most of us are, fear not, just don't go overboard.

3. Respect other members of the guild. This sort of ties in with the no drama part. We don't want people talking bad about anyone, officer or normal member, in OOC chat. Joking and being a jerk is a pretty clear line, so just don't cross it.

That's basically the only general rules we have, here's the punishment system:

1st offense - Warning.

2nd offense - Demotion to Silent Status (Cannot speak in IC or OOC chat) for a day.

3rd offense - Demotion to Silent Status for at least two days, up to a week, depending on degree of offense.

4th offense - Removal from guild.

That may seem a bit short, but realize that our rules are actually pretty darned hard to break, so in practice there's plenty of leeway.

Ranking System:

Grave's system of acknowledgement for warriors is based on their achievements and honor within the guild.

Early ranks are attained by acquisition of Graven Marks, which are awarded for attendance and service to Grave, and donating gold to Grave's funds. The amount of gold required goes up with each rank.

Neophyte
- The rank of new recruits. This is your initiate rank, your training begins now. Prepare for battle!

Warbrand
- The backbone of Grave's fighting force. Warbrands are the main soldiers of our warband. The rank is attained by the acquisition of 5 Graven Marks. A Graven Mark towards Warbrand rank can be acquired through attendance to meetings, drills, and raids, and can also be purchased for 15 gold towards the guild's funds.

Bonecrusher - The rank of Bonecrusher is given only to those who are level 40 or above. They must also have a minimum lifetime HK count of 1000. Finally, you must attain a total of 15 Graven Marks. Once you are a warbrand, Graven Marks now require a deposit of 50 gold to earn, but can still be attained through attendance to Grave's operations.

Deathdancer - Deathdancers are the veterans of Grave, those who wade into battle, weapons and spells blazing, ready to lay waste to any who would threaten Grave or the Horde. This rank will only be bestowed to level 70s, and they must also have at least 5000 lifetime HKs. It shall be awarded at the discretion of the leadership of the guild, and only after a task, chosen by the Twin Reapers, is completed will the candidate achieve this rank.

Cryptcaller - These are the officers and commanders of the Grave warband, those who lead their comrades, veteran or recruit, into battle. This rank shall only be graced to those who are in good standing with not only the Twin Reapers and the current leadership, but also the rest of the warband, for all officers must be trusted by their subordinates. A challenging task, requiring the leadership of four comrades of the candidate's choice, will be completed before the candidate may take the rank of Cryptcaller.

Those are all the ranks that can be attained by a warrior of Grave. Good luck!
